After about 1 hour the stuffing bunches into a hard clump which is uncomfy. They are soooo thick too.

I have used the Natracare panty liners as tampon back up and find them to be adequate for the most part. I've only experienced minor leak through. I rated them a 3 in that they aren't spectacular, but they aren't bad, either. I like that they don't give me any sort of chafing or rash because they don't contain any plastic and the adhesive doesn't seem to bother my lady parts, either.

These pads are very thick, and not shaped well for my body. They tend to clump up as they are worn as well- they get very lumpy. At least they are absorbant.
