I rated these a 5. I can't speak for the customer service as I bought them from my local eco-shop, but they're very well constructed, very trim, and the organic cotton they use is softer even than some bamboo pads I have. It's handled heavy flow very well, and I feel less "hot" from them using PUL as a waterproof layer than fleece or wool. Will be buying more!
