Purchased: one 8" Bamboo Velour pantyliner, one 9.5" moderate/heavy flow

Customer Service: I received my order quickly.

Workmanship: The construction seems OK. The snaps on both pads don't close properly anymore only after a few uses, which I'm disappointed about. Also, read the listings carefully... some of her fabrics are pre-washed, some aren't. I happened to purchase one that was NOT pre-washed so it shrunk like crazy the first time I washed it, and the soaker bunched up and distorted.

Comfort & Fit: I really like the pantyliner, it's a good size and the bamboo velour is super soft. Unfortunately I can't use it anymore since the snaps aren't working Sad I don't use the pad anymore because of the shrinking. The soaker shrunk to 2" in width so it's way too skinny for me to comfortably use. I also leaked through the wings on the moderate/heavy pad both times I wore it... at first I thought it was because I didn't change it soon enough (I wore it for about 6 hours the first time), but the second time I wore it for much less time and a lighter flow and it still leaked off the sides of the soaker and onto the wings. I did not have a problem with any of my other pads leaking through the wings, I guess the PUL layer doesn't extend to the wings.

Look (visually appealing): I really like this seller's fabric choices, they are so bright and colorful. The patterns are nice too.

Durability: not very! The snaps are no longer functioning after only 5 or 6 uses.

Value for money: The prices are reasonable... but the fact that the pads only lasted through two cycles is disappointing.

Overall Rating: I orginally rated this seller a 3 since I liked the pantyliner, but I think that's being too generous since I have to replace the snaps to even be able to use the pad.
