I was surprised how absorbent these were and how well they washed out after a soak. They worked as well as disposable OB tampons.

I thought it was a nice option to have in case I want to go swimming or go to the gym.

The only problem I had was that they were a little stiff and I could feel them when they were in. I also felt a bit crampy when wearing them. In my case I could only see using these occasionally.
